Chairman: Patrick Dupin
Patrick is 5-dan iaido and dojoleader of the Amicale Sportive Air France. He is responsible for Shinkage ryu in France and Europe.

Franck is 4-dan iaido and dojoleader of Sanbokyodan in Paris, France, and Zanshin, Madrid. Also, as vice president, he is the 2nd person responsible for Shinkage ryu in France.

Loïc is 5-dan iaido and dojoleader of Shoinkan dojo in Bordeaux, France.
